31/01/2018 Al-Quds Open University has celebrated the opening ceremony of Business and Economic Research Center BERC/QOU. It was held in the presence of Dr. Sameer Najdi, QOU VP Academic Affairs, and Dr. Yousef Abufara, Dean,FAES, QOU, and Dr. Hussian Hamayel, Ramallah Branch Director and Dr. Abdelrahman Al-Silwadi, BERC/QOU Coordinator, and Dr. Shaher Obied, BERC Director/QOU. The official opening of Business and Economic Research Center (BERC) took place on Jan 31, Dr. Sameer Alnajdi, the Vice president of Academic affairs 2018 talked about the new prospects opened up by “Erasmus +” to researchers, especially the Development of Administrative and Economic Research Centers in the Palestinian universities, which aims to provide universities with research and qualitative studies of high quality and contribute to the provision of consulting services for public, private and civil society institutions. Other stakeholders were invited including faculty members, researchers and students. The event saw a series of lectures, informative presentations and question/answer sessions given to the invitees over the course of the day.
