Organizational Structure

The BERC will be led by a director who will be nominated by the Vice President For Academic Affairs, and appointed officially by the University President.

The director´s responsibilities shall be directed towards managing all center’s activities including- but not limited to- planning and implementation of the annual programs, setting policies, crafting strategies, and enhancing other capacity-building activities.

The Director shall be assisted by a team of research specialists and administrative staff who will be chosen on the bases of experience, seniority and competency. Initially, the center will be compromised of four main units as shown below. The designations of the staff shall be outlined later.
